Since I always own my telephone, and don't have to bind myself to a contract, I REALLY thought I was getting the cheapest monthly cost there is with lebara prepaid!: God was I wrong!! Instead of onbeperkt bellen, 500 sms, 6 giga for 15€ per. Month. Do I now automatically get refilled on a steady date, paying 12 € per month by Simyo for : onbeperkt bellen,1000 sms service nummers, and 24 Giga per month!!Must be the best contract I've had! Can also go on app and give data and such to others!❣

The worst experience I have ever had with a network service provider. Using underhanded tactics to get as much money out of its consumers as possible. For example, I do not call anyone, but in the contracts they provide,I am forced to buy 200mins or unlimited calling for 6and7 euros, respectively, but there is no option to decline the offer. I have had my card blocked multiple times for reasons unknown the customer service was horrible.

Horrible customer service. I was told through their WhatsApp that my number was cancelled so I bought a new one. However I was still being charged for 6 months for that old number. I demand a refund for those charges on the number that I was told was cancelled.
